Hi! If you are going to be flying with Qatar Airways Zurich Office and require face-to-face assistance, the Office is a gem. I went there last month to ask about my student discount and ticket availability on a future trip to Melbourne. The people there were not only highly knowledgeable but very friendly as well. They explained various fare choices, change flexibility, and assisted in enrolling me in their student privileges program. It was efficient, but super friendly. For someone like me who continues to get nervous booking international flights online, this office was a lifesaver. Their service is one-on-one, their guidance is down-to-earth, and they really hear you. Five stars from me!
