I'm Ricky Ponty, currently working with Godrej MSR City, a landmark residential development in Shettigere, North Bangalore. Though my core profession lies in real estate and project consulting, I’m deeply fascinated by architectural design, digital modeling, and the role of 3D printing in modern urban infrastructure.
Godrej MSR City is a massive, visionary project spanning 62+ acres, with 20 acres dedicated to green space. The first phase alone covers 19 acres and features 1961 apartments, offering two elegant layouts: 2 BHK 2T and 3 BHK 3T. In total, the project includes 4000 units across 25 towers and 6 buildings, each structured as 2B+G+12 floors. It’s more than just housing—it’s about creating integrated, sustainable living environments.
