A remix of hanst Zortrax M200 filament tube holder v2 to also be able to keep the fan cable for the top cover in place.

I also made a version without the filament tube holder to only keep the extruder cable and fan cable in place.

On my M200 I had no threads in the 3 holes, so a M4 tap was used to make the needed threads.
