Swivel adapter to suit a Dewalt (DWS-780) to shop vac 38mm spigot

an o-ring is used to help seal and hold the 38mm spigot.

A section on the original Dewalt dust chute at the lower rear needs to be removed to allow the dust to go down the adapter
