This is Extruder cable insert adapter for New Extruder Top Cover.(https://library.zortrax.com/project/extruder-top-cover/)
Attach this to Extruder cable, and insert it into the head connector.
If you are installing the repair parts EX cable, you should select V4.
It is designed considering the thickness of the pasted plate.
