Material needed for support :
- 20 feet of thin metal wire or picture wire (http://www.rona.ca/en/picture-wire)
- 2x Galvanized Turnbuckle (eye + eye) (http://www.rona.ca/en/turnbuckle-3500077--1)
- 10x Metal sleeve (http://www.rona.ca/en/sleeve)
- 2x fat tie-rap (self-locking ties)
- Concret hook of screw

Material needed for light + electrical :
- 6x Light bulb 60W max (http://www.rona.ca/en/lightbulb---a15-household-lightbulb-2004352--1)
- 20 feet of electric cable (http://www.rona.ca/en/wire-nmd-14-2-150-m)
- 1x oulet (http://www.rona.ca/en/outlet-screw-base-04805408--1)
- 1x plug (http://www.rona.ca/en/plug---bipolar-plug-0480008--1)
- 6x socket (http://www.rona.ca/en/socket-1180231--1)

Tool needed :
- Vise-grip
- Screw driver

Step-by-step:
IMPORTANT : if you are not familiar with electricity... please hire someone ;-)
1. Print your pieces (duh)
2. My neon are ~90inches long and I use only two holder. Roll your neons inside the holder and put your tie rap around your structure. Tight your neon and make sure your tie-rap head is on top of your holder
3. Wire your six sockets in parallele. Screw light buld in socket and pull your light inside the tube
4. Cable to hold the structure is picture wire + Turnbuckle. Turnbuckle is use to do minor ajustment at the end. Use your vise-grip to pitch metal sleeve and make sure picture wire is tight and secure
5. Use extra cable to wire to a light socket. You can use plug and screw outlet or connect your light directly to 120v AC socket.
