When loading the flexible filament, fill the space so as not to get caught in the gear.

After output, please clean up the path of the filament.

Please cut the set screw of the extruder gear as the screws fit within the gear.

I corrected the data, removed the garbage and set it as V2.

good work! ive also tried this but with no luck. i’ll give yours a go! i didnt think to cut the the grub screw down.

I thought about a design that does not need to cut the set screw once.
However, the thickness of the parts was not enough to output cleanly, I gave it up.

hi, im having trouble making a steady flow of flex material, your piece help out, but doesnt quite get the correct grip. ¿do yo u have any advice? does your design work all the time with your prints?. Thanks! your solution is really cleaver! =)

Sorry for the late reply.
This part is aimed at preventing flexible material from winding around the gear by filling the space around the EX gear.
* This state is standard by M200 Plus.
I am using PolyFlex to output this part.
If other materials are left in the hot end, it may be hard to issue a click at the first material loading.
Once inside the hot end is filled with Polyflex, it will be fine after that.

how has your experience been printing with this adapter? do you use ninjaflex?
