I’m terrified of removing the wires under the cover to fit the new cover. Can someone post a video or some simple steps?

This is a great part thanks ! just, there is too much play between the two parts otherwise it’s almost perfect. (maybe it’s just me ?)

In what orientation should these parts be printed for best results? I’ll be printing in ABS.
What do you recommend for layer height, infill, and support angle?
