These glass frames are robust and fully functional. You can even take them to your local optometrist to get them fitted with prescription lenses!
All you need is a couple nuts and screws and you have fully working safety/sun/reading glasses.

An M5 would be oversized for this purpose; an M3 would fit much better. Additionally, 16mm might be a tad too long and could protrude. A 14mm option would provide a much neater appearance. Aside from that, this design is quite distinctive and looks fantastic!
Just printed some, they are awesome, I followed your 140° rotating advice and they printed perfectly in 0.09 in 9 hours
I must modify them because I got a large head and they are too tight, I gonna try to work on the stl files for that
