If you design a project and you want matching parts with holes and pins that lock into each other you need to make sure they fit perfectly together.
Neither holes nor pins have the specified diameter after printing. Specially small diameters suffer from this effect. This small projects lets you test which pin diameter is good for a certain hole diameter.
Also be careful: its a difference in which direction a pin or hole goes. This test model covers parallel and perpendicular to the layers!
Diameters: in 0.1mm steps (per design – printed diameters will be different)
1.0mm – 1.9mm
2.0mm – 2.9mm
