The OCTO+ PCB Workstation is the ultimate tool you need to add to your electronic laboratory to facilitate the connection of your lab-tools to the components of an electronic circuit board under testing. It has a rich set of accessories and a wide range of adapters for the most used test clips and probes. It can be equipped with articulated arms (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:801279) or with crane arms (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2318886), or even with a mix of both of them. The new crane arms have been specifically designed for this new tool and they are long enough to allow the user to reach every point of the circuit board under testing.

The OCTO+ PCB Workstation can be easly made even with small 3D printers. The large circular base can be assembled joining multiple 3D printed parts available in different sizes. If you have a 3D printer with a minimum printable area of 185x185mm, you can use STL files 01 and 02 in order to print the whole circular base. If you have a smaller 3D printer with a minimum printable area of 100x100mm, you can use STL files 03, 04 and 05. If you want to assemble permanently your OCTO+ PCB Workstation, you can glue the XL base parts together.

The OCTO+ PCB Workstation has a 255% larger working area compared to my previous “PCB Workstation with Articulated Arms (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:801279) and it can fit circuit boards up to 195x195mm or even more (see project pictures).

The circular base can be printed in 2 colors as shown in the project pictures changing the filament at 69% of the printing process (to be verified in your slicing software).
