V8’s are powerfull and big motor units. Now it is the time when you can print and put your own one on your desk. Our model is an interesting and educational toy. Fully moving mechanism allows you to learn the construction and how the the engine works. The model would also work as a gadget or a simple toy to discharge the stress. Enjoy!

Model was printed with following parameters:
-Material: Z-ABS
-Layer: 0.19mm (we recomend layer lower than 0,2mm)
-Infill: LIGHT
-Support: 30 degrees

-8x Connecting_Rod
-8x Piston
-8x Shaft

Other parts:

-18x M3x10 DIN912 Screw
-4x M3x20 DIN912 Screw

Assembly Instructions:

Connect Pistons with the Connecting Rods, then place that parts in the Block of engine. To make engine working, assemble Crank Shaft step by step starting from the fan, and then connect all 8 Shafts together like on the one of the pictures. You might fold back a little bit the Connecting Rods to attach them to the Shafts. Offset of the further canks should be ie. 90 degrees. Connection of the Block and Block_2 should provide smooth rotation and movement of all the parts.

No problem with printing and assembly. printed without supports, Layer 0,19mm (only shafts printed in 0,14mm). Almost no cleanup after removing from printing bed. Turns smooth and easy.
