My original one broke during first assembly… And no wonder it broke…
Measured values: gap = 2.65mm; metal thickness 3.58mm;
I hope this one has correct measurements.

A better solution with less stress would be a rotational interlock.

Mine broke because of the weak layer bonding. Would recommend printing it on its side even if it might affect the quality. A spool dropping during a print is a bad bad thing.
