As mentioned by others, this part broke off during assembly for me too when printing it like the one that came with the printer. After that I tried printing it in the exact orientation as pictured above and it worked. Settings used: Z-ABS, 0.19mm, high infill, 20 deg supports (no lite supports).

is this the orientation you guys print this act or do you change it? if so what changes do you make to get this to print the best, also what setting do you use. i have printed 3 and they keep breaking where it latches to the printer.
