Being a traveler who happened to pass by the Qatar Airways Austin Office, I was quite pleased with the effectiveness and professionalism of the staff there. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and really willing to answer all my questions about flights and reservations. The office itself was pretty easy to navigate, since it was neat and well-organized. It wasn't a long wait, and the employees took their time explaining everything to me so that I knew it all for the next trip. Grateful after this visit, I left prepared for my flight concerning Qatar Airways' excellent customer care.
