When you find the HP printer not printing black, clean the clogged printhead nozzles. Do this a couple of times to fix the print quality. Choose either the 'Deep cleaning' or 'Clean printhead' option in the Printer Maintenance menu. This you can find in the Control Panel section. After that, print a page.
