When it comes to setting a trip off on the right foot, the Virgin Atlantic Airways JFK Terminal really lays the groundwork. I just flew out of Terminal 4 with Virgin, and the experience was truly positive from the time I arrived. The check-in was speedy and the employees were extremely friendly, and you feel welcome the minute you walk in. What truly impressed was the overall environment – clean, up-to-date, and unexpectedly serene for an international airport terminal. Locating my gate was simple, and the amenities offered while waiting, such as the choice of food and beverage, made the pre-flight process much more relaxing. It's apparent that passenger comfort and efficiency are the priorities at the Virgin Atlantic Airways JFK Terminal, and that's precisely what you need before a long flight. It's a refreshing departure from some of the more disorganized terminal experiences I've had elsewhere.
