I designed and generated Fabrication Drawings and DXF files for the Acrylic cover parts utilizing the STL attachment parts from: Zortrax hood with Hepa filtration system

Also, I have added the PDF drawings and DXF files for these acrylic cover parts that work very well with the assembly STL parts Yean has provided at the link noted.

Feel free to download them (I posted a picture of the PDF drawings.) Some fabricators will use the DXF files to send directly to a laser cutter.

Thickness of the Acrylic is 4.5mm (0.177″.) I had mine made at Tap Plastics.

Print out the STL parts using the information at the link provided and use his information to assemble. The Acrylic Panels (if laser cut) will fit very well. I used M3-05x10mm button head screws for the brackets and mounts assembly and M3-05x20mm for the hinges.

For the Hepa Filter and fan parts, I used 8-32x3 inch (and the cut them to the proper length of 2 1/4".)
