Firstly I need to acknowledge George Noyce [https://www.thingiverse.com/NoycePrints/about]. I’ve really just reworked what he started and made it my own.

This is a stand for my headphones [Sennheiser HD 4.50 BT] and it is just tall enough to carry them with the earmuffs retracted. I think that one may be able to make the sides a bit longer on the M200, but not much. I’ve not tried yet but I’m sure if you print the sides one at a time and turn them diagonally, you could make longer ones.

There are images included of how I set up each print and I’m sure you could do it a lot more economically but I did not do this as I was testing each part as I printed them.

I printed most of the parts in grey ABS. The countersink washers and feet were done using green Z-ULTRAT as this is what I had at the time.

All posts were printed using 0.09mm layer height and a 40% square infill. I set the support angle to 30 degrees.

I also used 3 off o-rings [6mm ID and 10mm OD] which I glued into the bottom of the feet to stop the stand from sliding around my desk.

The appropriate holes need to be cleared out with a 2.5mm drill and tapped M3. I did not get the hole offsets quite right so each hole needed a 2.5mm clearing drill but I’m sure you could rid of this if you got the hole offset setting correct.

The whole assembly uses M3x12 countersink Allen head screw. Be careful when tightening these as the threads are not the strongest around!
